The analysis of needs in the schools involved in the partnership reveals a kind of sufficiency concerning the performance of didactic process (teaching and learning activities) besides of some opportunities that can optimize the most activities in the educational field in the context of a computerized and integrated approach. These hotspots refer to: individualization of learning process and differential treatment of all students; organization and making the lessons content more accessible; confer a greater practical character to the lessons; the continuous evaluation and computerized monitoring of the students progress; the use of interdisciplinary approaches; the optimization of the student-teacher’s communication; etc. Meanwhile, we consider that the computerization of the pedagogical and didactic process is currently at a modest level due to the sporadic use of ICT resources, according to the momentary needs of certain subjects and also, according to some teachers’ skills. In the same time, most students recognize that they use the computer for learning only during activities inside school and, at home, they use this device especially for relaxation, pretty rare for getting information and only very rare for learning. Not in the last, parents themselves need to get full and confidential access to their children’ school situation, even when they do not have enough time to go to school or when they work abroad, by just plugging in an online electronic database using a personalized account. Connecting these needs with a range of opportunities arising from the use of systematic and integrated ICT for the entire didactic process inside school and even for some extra school activities have led us to the idea of an advanced and innovative use of ICT resources to improve performances of students and staff.
